When booking a class or session, you agree to the following studio conditions:

STUDIO CONDITIONS​​

Classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice due to sickness and unforeseen situations. Intuitive Harp Healing, LLC may refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind, for classes that are changed or cancelled by us for any reason.

Teachers and other staff are subject to change at short notice.

Doors open 15 minutes before class.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class.

Late Arrival Policy: 5–10-minute grace period. If you arrive later than the class begins, you will unfortunately not be let inside, and you will be registered as a 'no-show'.

Late Cancellation Window: 48 hours before start time.

Please refrain from leaving class early (unless it is for a medical reason or personal emergency).

Intuitive Harp Healing, LLC is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings within the studio, including storage of your mat in our racks.

Intuitive Harp Healing, LLC & the studio teachers, healers, and musicians have the right to refuse entry into a class/studio at any time for any reasonable cause, including but not limited to: misconduct, intoxication, medical grounds or failure to comply with the studio's conditions.

To book into a class or session, you must pay in advance at the time of booking. Payment cannot be made at the appointment or class time.

You agree that you are to be in good physical health and physically able to perform yoga exercises and other related physical activity in the studio's offerings.

Please follow instructions given to you by the Yoga teachers. Failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.

Yoga Classes may be physically strenuous, and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury.

Intuitive Harp Healing, LLC is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our studio & taking part in all activities.

By booking into a class/private session, workshop/event at Intuitive Harp Healing, you automatically agree to these studio conditions.

INTUITIVE READING

By having a reading with Jessica Foley of Intuitive Harp Healing, LLC you agree that you are 18 years of age or older, and your assigns, executors, guardians and other legal counselors, or entities release Intuitive Harp Healing, LLC and its employees or anyone associated with this business, from all known or unknown claims against Intuitive Harp Healing, LLC as a result of any information arising out of a reading that you received. You waive all claims, demands, compensation, actions, that Intuitive Harp Healing, LLC for any injuries perceived or real losses you may suffer or believe to have suffered because of or during your reading with Intuitive Harp Healing, LLC. You understand and agree that in the event that you, or anyone associated with you, bring a claim for damages against Intuitive Harp Healing, LLC and any person associated with Intuitive Harp Healing, LLC as a result of Intuitive Harp Healing, LLC actions, omissions and other acts, that you and/or your estate shall indemnify and hold harmless Jessica Foley of Intuitive Harp Healing, LLC and all persons associated with Intuitive Harp Healing, LLC from any and all claims, actions, and or damages, legal and otherwise, including the cost and expense of and including reasonable attorney fees associated with defending such actions and claims.

SOUND HEALING, SOUND THERAPY, SOUND ENERGY MEDICINE

Sound Therapy, Sound Energy Medicine, Sound Healing with crystal Himalayan singing bowls techniques use sound, vibration, and intention to gently transition a person from his or her normal waking state of consciousness (beta) to a highly relaxed state of consciousness (alpha, theta and delta). In this relaxed state, a person’s own innate healing abilities are able to work more effectively to bring the person back into optimal vibrational alignment that enhances overall health and well-being.

As a Sound Therapy practitioner, Jessica Foley is not a licensed health professional. As such, she will not diagnose, prescribe substances, perform medical treatment, or interfere with the treatment of a qualified physician or other licensed medical professional. The services she offers are considered complementary to traditional Western medical practices.

During sessions and classes, the harp and bowls will be played to encourage a deep state of relaxation where a person’s own healing abilities may be activated.

Please note, that part of the private session involves the placement of vibrating bowls near or on the body of which some give off very high or very low-pitched sounds. If you have reason to believe that these objects and the sounds they make may cause discomfort, pain, or injury, please, advise before the session or class begins.

Intuitive Harp Healing, LLC is in no way liable for any discomfort, pain, or injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our studio & taking part in all activities including Sound Healing.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to take place in a class and must be received 48 hours in advance. Please take note of the following:
